Durch den Einsatz von W\u00e4rmeleitfolien werden die dielektrischen Schichten w\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4hig und sind bestens geeignet f\u00fcr die Ableitung der W\u00e4rme von den auf dem Funktionskupfer befindlichen w\u00e4rmeerzeugenden Bauteilen hin auf die Kupferschicht bzw. K\u00fchlk\u00f6rperschicht auf der Gegenseite. W\u00e4rmeleitfolien sind lieferbar in St\u00e4rken zwischen 80 und 100 \u00b5m (3,1 und 4 Milli = tausendstel Zoll), mit einer W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit von 2,2 W\/mK bzw. 3,2 W\/mK. W\u00e4rmeleitfolien finden Einsatz bei mehrlagigen Standard-Laminationsvorg\u00e4ngen.
