The close cooperation with <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Hauber &amp; Graf Electronics GmbH<\/strong> is now being finalised with the complete takeover by <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Solicomp GmbH<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"968\">Both companies have firmly established themselves as independent and owner-managed specialised distributors in their respective segments over decades. <\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1132\">The combination of the two companies is a strategic step to enable further growth and to better serve our customers and contract suppliers. The product ranges complement each other almost perfectly without competing with each other. In addition, the takeover and joint growth will open up new career prospects for the employees of both companies.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1532\">Initially, <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Hauber &amp; Graf Electronics GmbH<\/strong> will be run as an independent subsidiary of <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Solicomp GmbH<\/strong> in order to ensure maximum continuity for all partners and employees. <\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1724\">Only the logo and corporate identity will be harmonised with the parent company. The company logo now bears the addition \u201ca solicomp company\u201d.
