Al utilizar l\u00e1minas conductoras del calor, las capas diel\u00e9ctricas se convierten en conductoras t\u00e9rmicas y son id\u00f3neas para disipar el calor de los componentes generadores de calor en el cobre funcional a la capa de cobre o a la capa disipadora de calor del lado opuesto. Las pel\u00edculas t\u00e9rmicamente conductoras est\u00e1n disponibles en espesores de entre 80 y 100 \u00b5m (3,1 y 4 mili = mil\u00e9simas de pulgada), con una conductividad t\u00e9rmica de 2,2 W\/mK o 3,2 W\/mK. Las l\u00e1minas t\u00e9rmicamente conductoras se utilizan en procesos est\u00e1ndar de laminaci\u00f3n multicapa.
