Solicomp GmbH announces the complete takeover of Hauber & Graf Electronics GmbH.

The groundbreaking agreement for both companies was sealed in a Munich notary’s office in the presence of the three leading figures Josef Calcagno, Frank Holz and Rainer Hillenbrand. The close cooperation with Hauber & Graf Electronics GmbH is now being finalised with the complete takeover by Solicomp GmbH.

Both companies have firmly established themselves as independent and owner-managed specialised distributors in their respective segments over decades.

The combination of the two companies is a strategic step to enable further growth and to better serve our customers and contract suppliers. The product ranges complement each other almost perfectly without competing with each other. In addition, the takeover and joint growth will open up new career prospects for the employees of both companies.

Initially, Hauber & Graf Electronics GmbH will be run as an independent subsidiary of Solicomp GmbH in order to ensure maximum continuity for all partners and employees.

Only the logo and corporate identity will be harmonised with the parent company. The company logo now bears the addition “a solicomp company”. Care and conscientiousness characterise our thoughts and actions in the long-term merger of the companies and the bundling of their activities.
